ABOUT US
We use the finest ingredients and bake everything fresh daily in our shop. A talented decorating and design team crafts everything by hand to create the most beautiful cakes, cupcakes and bakery items.
All of our baked goods are made with a high end gluten free flour. We have found that the protein in gluten negatively affects the crumb and moisture of cake and pastries, so our products are always moist and delicious and safe for those who cannot tolerate gluten!
